2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Getusefeed, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or any subsequent renewal charge.

3. How to Request a Refund

Our payments are handled by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund, you can either:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at zeileet3@gmail.com with your order details and we will process the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
